Self Pay OnlyLeahanna McDonald is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced degrees in both Healthcare Administration (MHA) and Social Work (MSW), bringing a uniquely dual-lens perspective to clinical practice. With licensure across Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Missouri, she has a unique opportunity to offer accessible telehealth services to teens, parents, and co-parents navigating family systems in an area of the country she lives and understands.
Leahanna's work is grounded in a belief that real change happens at the intersection of clinical expertise and genuine human connection. She specializes in adolescent therapy, parent individual support, and support guided by the Cooperative Co-Parenting model — a structured, court-recognized approach that keeps children at the center of family change.
Her practice, Family Transitions Therapy, was built around a simple truth: families don't fall apart in neat, clinical categories. Leahanna meets clients where they are — whether that's a teenager struggling to find their voice, a parent exhausted by the weight of it all, or two co-parents trying to find a way forward for their kids.
Building on what is already working — not just what feels broken.
Understanding how past experiences shape present struggles.
Teens and parents exist within families, schools, and communities — all of it matters.
